American Legend’s March 2015 auction started on March 18, 2015 with the offering of mutation colors. A full complement of buyers from around the world, as well as several hundred Chinese participating in the sale from various ALC hosted web rooms from within China, competed on goods throughout the day.

Both the recent devaluation of foreign currency and the pending large quantities of mink to be offered in the upcoming months created an uncertain buying environment for the trade.

Despite the difficulties, American Legend was still able to sell a high percentage of most colors at strong market levels. Main buying was Hong Kong/China with support from Korea, Russia, and the European fashion trade.
