American Legend Cooperative Announces New President and CEO

 

 

American Legend Cooperative’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Dale Theisen as the company’s new President and CEO.

Dale brings over 35 years of experience in the fur business to American Legend Cooperative. His career in the industry began in 1980 in Minneapolis at the New York Auction Company.Dale soon moved to American Legend (formerly Seattle Fur Exchange) as a North American account representative, taking over the International solicitation program. He advanced to Director of Marketing where he promoted ALC mink around the world and solicited buyers to ALC auctions. Dale possesses a broad range of skills and experience in grading, marketing, business development, and auctioneering. He served in his previous role as Vice President of Sales for American Legend Cooperative since 2006. Dale’s vast knowledge and experience on both sides of the industry—farming and buying—brings a well-rounded strength to his new role as President and CEO.

Gerry Krieger, Chairman of the Board states, “We’re excited that Dale accepted the CEO position. We feel confident that he will give 110% to his new position as CEO.
